Start your Tuesdays with intention and energy! We're excited to introduce Summer Sunrise Yoga, a 6-week yoga series that's about to become your favorite way to begin the week.
Join us every Tuesday through June 30th at 8 AM for an hour of mindful movement and community connection. Our expert partners at Feel Better Yoga will guide you through all-levels sessions designed to energize your body and center your mind – no matter where you are in your yoga journey. Our own [solidcore] will initiate the first three weeks of this series with 30 minutes of Pilates as part of your session to warm you up, helping you get deeper into your poses and strengthen your practice (dates 5/26, 6/2, & 6/9).
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, these Tuesday morning sessions create the perfect space to breathe, stretch, and connect with your Chapel Hill community. There's something magical about starting your week surrounded by neighbors who share your commitment to wellness and mindful living.
