Sunrise Yoga Series
Join us every Tuesday at 8 AM for an hour of mindful movement and community connection with partner YogaSix. Enjoy guided, all-levels sessions designed to energize your body and center your mind – no matter where you are in your yoga journey. Our own [solidcore] will begin each class with 30 minutes of a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout as part of your session to warm you up, helping you get deeper into your poses and strengthen your practice.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, these Tuesday morning sessions create the perfect space to breathe, stretch, and connect with your Chapel Hill community.
