Opened as an indoor mall in 1973, the site was and is the town’s most central and social destination to buy goods, enjoy a seasonal meal, or catch up with friends.

Built for the way we live, work, and play today, the redevelopment of University Place will connect the past to the present through a welcoming mixed-use design built for the 21st century.
